The RigidSeal Pipelining System, is a trenchless repair method, that utilizes an expanding polyurethane bathed liner into a damaged pipe to seal leaks, stop infiltration, exfiltration and restore structural integrity in a one step installation. What is pipe lining?

Pipe lining, also known as pipe relining, is a trenchless repair method used to rehabilitate damaged culverts, drains sewer pipes and other conduits.

It involves inserting a flexible liner into the existing pipe, which is then cured to form a new, solid, durable pipe within the old one.

This process can repair pipes with leaks, cracks, or even with missing sections under conducive circumstances.
What types of pipes and shapes can be lined?
- Pipe lining can be used on various types of pipes, including; corrugated metal, cast iron, steel, clay, plastics and concrete pipes.
- The RigidSeal system can be installed in pipes ranging in diameter from 8 inches and higher.
- The RigidSeal system can accommodate many different types of shapes while enhancing the pipe integrity with our patented liner system and its expanding grout delivery.
How much existing diameter is lost due to pipe lining?
With the RigidSeal system only about ½” to 1” of diameter is reduced depending on pipe size, type of pipe and existing conditions.
